I am a Master’s qualified HRD / HRM Specialist with significant experience in learning and development at operational and strategic levels. My expertise covers shaping organisational culture and overseeing talent management, learning and development and employee relations.
My key strengths include establishing value-adding within organisations from inception to operation, I also employ end-to-end learning and development initiatives, encompassing, devising and implementing solutions that employ blended learning.
As a HR and training professional, I leverage excellent interpersonal abilities and strong stakeholder management skills with our clients, supporting you to lead and develop teams through your strategies that establish actionable solutions, aid in overcoming challenges, achieving goals and optimising revenue and profitability.

Sian Campbell Learning Facilitator
As a learning facilitator I create a positive environment that gives people the best opportunity to grow. This can be achieved in various ways:
– Help people achieve set goals.
– Encourage social interaction.
– Support people throughout the session.
– Ensure that learning needs are addressed
– Setting up learning environments.
I have a background in education, working as a teaching assistant for many years. This is where I gained the passion to work with teachers as an advocate for students who needed support. I would facilitate group sessions where students were able to work in a more conducive learning environment.
My degree in History has given me the necessary research skills to keep abreast of the emerging learning models and principles to ensure that I am providing a positive environment to learn.
I am very passionate about learning and research, as I understand the power that one can receive from knowledge.

Kasheena Esson Co-ordinator
My role is the co-ordinator for Blended Learning. I am your point of contact and will communicate with you about development programmes, events, or campaigns. I collaborate with you, taking ownership of the finance, budgeting and allocation of funds. Based on our communication, I allocate/delegate tasks to appropriate team members. In a nutshell “It’s my job to sort them all out”
I have over 20 years experience in finance and event management, this is where I gained a passion for process, structure, organising and administration.
It is vital for any organisation to follow process and policies and this is where I can use my years of experience to ensure you are delivered a seamless service.
