DISCOVERY SESSION
These sessions span from a couple of hours, half a day to one full day to obtain a day in the life of your setting/business.
Thorough analysis with the executive board, senior leadership and key stakeholders of the organisation, contributes to the recommended bespoke training solution. Learning needs analysis is conducted by meeting with the leadership team(s) to identify learning requirements.

Programme objectives are based on the learning needs identified. We utilise a blend of learning methods, resource/tools, and practical, hands-on exercises that can be applied to your business daily operations.
For all sessions, we conclude with how the knowledge and skills obtained can be applied beyond the learning environment.
We request an agreement is put together (commitment statement) where all participants take responsibility and accountability for next steps.

Depending on the findings from the in-depth analysis, we will recommend the coaching package that is right for you and your business. In some cases, we recommend and conduct coaching with key stakeholders in preparation for the learning programme. In other situations, we might recommend coaching run in parallel with the development programme workshops and/or after the development workshop. We understand the importance of flexibility to meet the specific needs of your business.
